This morning yoga workshop offers you a chance to develop your practice and take yoga to a deeper level. Amidst the pressures and stresses of daily life, many of us look for ways to switch off and relax. But our true sense of aliveness lies neither in the pressure to achieve nor in “zoning out”. Where is the centre between these two extremes? How is it that we can feel neither stressed nor sleepy, but truly in our element, truly ourselves? This workshop will explore how conscious yoga practice can help us to encourage a clam and yet alive sense of “self” through which we can feel more in charge of our own lives.
