From 19th – 24th October I will be taking a small group of yoga students on a yoga trip to Italy. We will go to the mountainous Trentino region of Northern Italy where Heinz Grill lives and works. The trip will be an opportunity to advance your yoga practice as well as exploring its wider potential for our inner development and growth. As well as some teaching from me and some beautiful mountain walks amidst spectacular autumn colours, the focus will be a one day seminar with Heinz Grill himself in his house in the small ancient village of Lundo.
Heinz Grill is the founder of this approach to yoga and his aim is to help people take active steps forward both in their yoga practice and in life. Once a month he runs these small intimate yoga seminars (around 20 people) which aim to equip people with both a new understanding and also a deepened strength so that they can go back into their lives with greater clarity and resolve.
We will fly from Bristol to Milan Bergamo with Ryanair on Thursday 19th October at 12.25 and return on Tuesday 24th at 7 am, arriving Bristol 8 am (We will spend the Monday night in a hotel near Bergamo airport.)
Flights – currently around £50 return
Accommodation: around £180
Tuition Donations of your choice for the seminar and towards my costs
